I've had this convection oven for a although now and implemented it for a large number of sorts of issues. I wanted some thing that, simply because I cook for just myself fairly a bit, I could use for baking, broiling, and so on, without cranking up the massive oven. The microwave is awesome, but it is not the preferred selection for a number of factors. Anyway, this convection oven is fitting the bill pretty nicely.
The unit is appealing and I locate the size to be ideal. Not only does it go well on 1 of my kitchen counters, but the inside is a wonderful size too. As they say, it will conveniently fit a 13x9" baking pan. It comes with a lightweight, nonstick pan that is about 9x10" that is fairly handy. Do know, in spite of this, that it IS a lightweight pan and will warp up on diagonally opposite sides throughout baking. It does go back flat afterward, but it is noteworthy. Because this pan is, by far, not that integral component of the unit I did not acquire this to be a deal breaker. I have lots of other pans to use. I have used the included pan numerous instances and, aside from the temporary warping, it operates just fine.
The outside of the unit will get type of hot...hot enough that you do not want to put your hand on it, but not hot enough to lead to harm or even heat up the region even more than various inches from it. The most heat generated from employing it at 425F for an hour or far more is that the outside bottom of the cabinet above will get warm. I was initially concerned, as I had selected a spot for this unit that had cabinets above. I'd read about some lesser convection ovens/toaster ovens that had complications with producing a LOT of heat. I was pleased to realize that this 1 is produced well enough that it is perfectly comfortable and safe with cabinets above it. (I will post a picture)
You can plan from a number of alternatives of kinds of cooking (bake, broil, toast, bagels, pizza, etc) and decide on any number of minutes you need. The controls are nicely explained in the manual and rather very easy to use.
I am rather pleased having chosen this certain (my initially) convection oven.

I rated this item as a 1 star, truly that was as low as I could rate it. The oven doesn't perform,the bottom heating coils do not heat, cooked three meals and could not figure out why they were raw on the bottom . Overall a poor item for the cost, am returning it.
