I have had this oven for a little over one particular year. I have had to replace the manage knobs Three instances The control knobs just crumble and are useless This is a manufacturing defect by the organization. It got so hot that it scorched my kitchen curtains! I moved it a few feet away from the window so it is, now was, in the middle of kitchen due to the fact it is a fire hazard! It is now in the garbage can! I will not buy one other Delonghi product

I have a had a DeLongi which served me effectively for numerous years. Simply because of this I had no reservations about obtaining this new model.It was awful-it would only toast bread on a single side-the bottom components did not heat.I returned it the exact same day.What a shame it is for DeLongi to ruin its reputation with such an inferior item

Keep away from this a single...its the worst. July 3, 2011

Bought this for my mother as an Xmas present. Threw it in the garbage this morning...it lasted only 6 months. I have a EuroProx that I bought at Macy's for $19 that has lasted 7 years. Guess what I am shopping for subsequent time?

Works effectively
Following months of comparing convection/toaster ovens, I chose delonghi and am pleased with it. It does take longer to make toast than a standard toaster, but overall it operates nicely.
