I live in a smaller downtown unit in San Francisco, so anything at all that takes up area has to earn it's living. This unit is now the only "oven" I use, and it is terrific. I see many complain about how lengthy it takes to "heat up," but that is a misunderstanding of applying convection heat. Just put whatever you want to cook in the oven--cakes, breads, lasagna, etc.--and it will cook as the oven heats. Due to the fact of the convection, there are no "hot spots" and nothing will burn. The only adjustment is the cooking time, but that can be gauged with a little practice. Very easy to clean, tends to make terrific toast, pies, fresh breads and roast cuts of meat.... I don't know what I'd do with out this. The microwave is especially flexible and quick to use with lots of unique options on the manage panel.

This is one terrific oven. I purchased it at the last minute for a Christmas present. It functions outstanding. We made cookies, and bread 1st off just to see if this thing would function. It did!
Only situation I have is for high temp products (425 deg.) it takes very a bit of time to heat up.
