Poor cumbersome as a toaster-ok for convection baking September 17, 2011

The Fine: This has much more interior space for baking than a typical toaster oven. The convection feature bakes immediately and pretty evenly. The Poor: Worst toaster I have ever encountered. All 3 knobs need to be adjusted to toast which is particularly inconvenient. It is really imprecise, takes a lengthy time and produces either burned or undercooked toast. We expected way more from an Oster product.

My primary dilemma with this toaster is that it is an ergonomic and burn safety disaster -- soon after a number of months, I am still studying new ways to burn myself on it -- at least 4 numerous ways so far. Nothing that must be insulated to touch is, except the major manage. The adjustments are, like the other evaluation mentioned, also horrible -- you do have to make three adjustments for every time you happen to be employing it. On the pros side, the toasting is reasonably even (although troublesome to adjust darkness b/c the range you want is only about 5-10
