Not adequate info on how to use this January 16, 2012

Perhaps another brand will do a improved job, but the booklet with this is worthless. It only shows a temp chart, no much better specifics and no information on how extended to cook. Recipes on-line can function for other brands, but not so fine with this 1. Tried a complete thawed chicken, 375 degrees for an hour + and it came out bloody. Similar with a pork roast. We know a couple of folks who have the brand in the infomercials and enjoy it. I also don't like the reality that the drippings collect in the glass bowl below the meat with no way to get to them except to take the meat out of the bowl and pour it off, then put the meat back in the bowl. I believe other brands have some sort of slide out shelf for this. Fairly significantly a waste of income

When I 1st got it I bear in mind thinking "These plastic pieces don't look or feel especially robust." But then I decided to give it a try, soon after all, my husband was incredibly pleased with the last one we had (a various a single, significantly more costly,the a single from the infomercials) and that I broke accidentally. I read the instructions prior to making use of it, the instruction book looks rather, rather basic and far more like a booklet, no pictures, no diagrams and so on. Soon after a single hour of attempting to cook 5 tiny pieces of pork meat, (about 4oz each),still raw. According to the instruction book it was supposed to take only 15-20mins to fully cook. I under no circumstances heard air circulating or any fan working in the course of cooking time. Especially disappointing. It's definitively going to be returned. I guess I'll the high-priced brand buy subsequent.
