Do not order this toaster oven (Model TO1216B) and seriously contemplate staying away from all Black Decker toaster/convection ovens. The glass of this door exploded across our kitchen with such force that it broke the door and glass shards were located as considerably as 8-ten ft away. Thank goodness that no a single was standing close by or they would have been injured.
We have due to the fact read evaluations with related complaints of the B D ovens with exploding glass doors in the model TO1420B. Black Decker is aware of this situation but doesn't seem to be addressing whatever the dilemma is.
For the safety of your loved ones, remain away from this product!

Description states 20 x 22 x 16 inches but actual size is 18"Lx11"Wx9.5"H. disappointed! unit arrived with dent even though packaging was superb. as a result factory shipped it that way.
